By using SmallSEOEngine products, platform, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License & Product Use
License Grant
Upon purchase, SmallSEOEngine grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product(s) in accordance with the applicable tier (Personal, Professional, Agency).
Permitted Use
You may use our plugins, tools, and platform for lawful SEO purposes on your own websites or, for Agency tier, on client websites you manage.
Prohibited Use
Redistribution, reselling, sublicensing, or sharing of license keys is strictly prohibited. Using our tools to engage in spam, black-hat SEO, or any activity violating search engine guidelines is forbidden.
API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits defined in your plan. Automated scraping of our tools or excessive API calls beyond your plan quota may result in account suspension.
2. Payments, Billing & Refunds
Pricing
All prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans for first-time purchases. Refund requests after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. One-time plugin purchases are non-refundable after download.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. After that, your subscription will be paused and access restricted until payment is resolved.
3. Account Responsibility
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at security@smallseoengine.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your account details up to date. False information may result in account termination.
One Account Per User
Each license/subscription is for a single user or organization. Sharing account credentials across multiple individuals or organizations is not permitted.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Activities
You may not use SmallSEOEngine to generate spam content, engage in link schemes, create doorway pages, participate in cloaking, or perform any activity that violates Google Webmaster Guidelines or other search engine policies.
Content Standards
Any content created using our AI tools must comply with applicable laws and must not be illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.
API Fair Use
Automated usage of our services must respect rate limits. Deliberate attempts to circumvent rate limits will result in immediate account suspension.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
No SEO Guarantee
SmallSEOEngine does not guarantee specific search rankings or traffic increases. SEO results depend on many external factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes.
Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime or technical failures.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmallSEOEngine's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SmallSEOEngine harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
6. Termination & Governing Law
Termination by You
You may close your account at any time. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services — with or without notice depending on severity.
Data on Termination
Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that, all data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
